Electrostatic Powder Coated Coils

Electrostatic powder coated panel is an environment-friendly panel manufactured by applying powder coating evenly onto metal sheets via electrostatic adsorption, followed by high-temperature curing. Compared with traditional painted panels, it is more durable and pollution-free, and widely used in construction and home appliance industries.

No formaldehyde or VOC emissions during production, with zero waste water and residues. It is safe for both the environment and human health.
Durable & Corrosion-resistant:
Featuring a dense coating, its acid and alkali resistance is 5 to 6 times that of traditional painted panels. It also boasts excellent salt spray resistance, ideal for harsh environments such as humid areas and chemical plants.
Superior Surface Quality:
The coating is full and even with a hardness up to 5H. It resists abrasion and scratches, and will not fade or chalk under long-term sunlight exposure. Its service life can reach 30 years.
Excellent Workability:
High flexibility ensures the coating remains crack-free after 180° bending (0T grade). It facilitates subsequent pressing and forming, and greatly improves production efficiency.
